CTCP Vincom Retail (mã chứng khoán VRE) công bố Báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất Quý II năm 2020 với doanh thu hợp nhất đạt 1.630 tỷ đồng, bằng 82% so với cùng năm 2019. Trong đó, doanh thu cho thuê mặt bằng và các dịch vụ liên quan đạt 1.307 tỷ đồng, bằng 79% cùng kỳ,
Lợi nhuận sau thuế quý 2 đạt 343 tỷ đồng, bằng 54% cùng kỳ.
Vincom Retail cho biết đại dịch Covid-19 tiếp tục ảnh hưởng lớn đến hoạt động kinh doanh trong quý 2; công ty tiếp tục giải ngân thêm 375 tỷ đồng để đồng hành, hỗ trợ các khách thuê dẫn tới lợi nhuận giảm.
Lũy kế 6 tháng đầu năm, Vincom Retail đạt 3.316 tỷ đồng doanh thu, giảm 22% và lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 835 tỷ đồng, giảm 33% so với cùng kỳ.
Tính đến hết ngày 30 tháng 06 năm 2020, Vincom Retail vận hành 79 TTTM tại 43 tỉnh và thành phố trên toàn quốc. Với tổng diện tích sàn bán lẻ đạt khoảng 1,6 triệu m2, Vincom Retail giữ vững vị thế dẫn đầu thị trường trong lĩnh vực phát triển, sở hữu và quản lý mặt bằng bán lẻ tại Việt Nam.
Sau giai đoạn giãn cách xã hội vì dịch Covid, từ ngày 23 tháng 04 năm 2020, toàn bộ TTTM Vincom đã lần lượt chính thức hoạt động trở lại. Nhằm đón bắt nhu cầu hồi phục của xã hội, Vincom đã ngay lập tức triển khai các chiến dịch kích cầu với những sự kiện hấp dẫn trên toàn chuỗi. Đến tháng 07, các TTTM tại Hà Nội và TP Hồ Chí Minh đã phục hồi đáng kể với lượt khách đến TTTM đạt hơn 70% so với cùng kỳ năm trước.
